サービスはまあまあですが、車の説明が全然違っていました。7人乗りと聞いていましたが、実際には大人5人と子供2人しか乗れません。そして、荷物も全然乗せられませんでした。Hertzのスタッフは、7人乗れば荷物は積めないと言っていましたが、旅行で手ぶらの人なんているのでしょうか？
