I waited 40+minutes to get the car and the drop off was not in the airport but far away, I needed a bus to go back to the airport, not as planned. The tires where losing air half the way I had orange sign showing. The car was 7years old and the seat belt of the passenger didn’t lock.

I had an amazing experience with my last car rental from Enterprise, specifically with the Volvo XC90. The vehicle was in excellent condition and provided a comfortable ride throughout my trip. Other members of the staff were also very accommodating and friendly, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. the young lady was vey goof the only issue i has was the chugger type mentality of the company policy of trying to mug me for inflated insurance costs for tyres ! your practice is all very well in trying to sell insurance but it was a very negative feature - you should stop it as it looks v chaps and nasty

My booking said GPS navigation would be provided, but this was not so. Tank was 7/8 filled although counter staff told me I had to return it with a full tank of petrol.

Price Drop seems to be only a gimmick..
