Your customer service was excellent only thing i didnt like was the stupid excess which i had to take out third party cover for. Why dont you offer. This wiuld put me off using again

Car was better than what I booked due to a shortage of cars. Young driver charge for age 25.

Customer service was good however they were short staffed and it took a long wait for me to collect the car.

Mucha lentitud a la hora de entregarnos el coche. El hecho de tener que entregar el coche fuera de la hora de recogida en alquileres de corto tiempo es un problema porque entregarlo antes supone un perjuicio para quien lo alquila. Las alternativas no son buenas o costosas. En mi caso no tuve mas remedio que llevar mi coche al aeropuerto pagando el coste de entrega en oficina diferente Pero tengo que decir a su favor que en este momento parece que me han retirado el cargo en la tarjeta.

En la plataforma todo muy bien.

Staff were quality

Like: easy to drive, good luggage space, exactly what I expected
Dislike: high beam did not stay on - I had to hold it on flash one of the ugliest cars on the road, hence the title - warthog - but it performed really well so no complaints

We received a superb upgrade due to a lack of suitable cars being available at the time of collection. It was frustrating to have to wait 3 hours for the car, but needless to say the blow was softened by the amazing car we were then given to have for the week. Definite lack of structure and organisation on scheduled day and time of pick up, I can’t understand how despite having reserved the car weeks in advance we were then unable to collect said car at said time, then left to wait for hours whilst the problem was resolved! What if we had had a flight to catch? Nevertheless, as I said above, the car we were eventually given was classes above the car I had reserved, so I have no real complaint, but I’m aware we weren’t the only ones in the same predicament that day and so there clearly does need to be a change to the way the system operates.

Booking via the website was easy, quick and the cheapest quote I had found, so very happy with that.

Mr north was excellent just sorry the review is a little late
