The shuttle bus to the airport wasn’t available on our day of return which was a bit of an inconvenience, especially when I booked it said it was.

Once arrived, please contact +1 416-800-1222 for the free shuttle bus If you arrive from: Terminal 1: Follow signs for Link Train to Level 2 Cross over to Parking Garage on West Bridge Turn left on exiting Bridge to Link Train Station Take Link Train to Viscount Station .Terminal 3: Follow signs to elevator at Door “D” Take elevator to Level 3. We rented a minivan from City Car & Truck Rental for our family trip. The pickup and drop off process was quick. Narinder who assisted us in the car return process was very nice and professional. We were 10 mins late for our drop off and they were very nice about it. Overall experience has been very pleasant.

Very poor service. Why would someone force you to buy what you don't need. Will never rent from you again. very very poor service.. Shuttle service is terrible. You need to look into taking care of your customers and not just leaving them out there to hang dry
