Nice rental experience which was smooth and efficient.

Speed of collection was incredibly slow - and insufficient staff available to meet the demand - 45 minutes before anyone was able to start processing the collection.

Very disappointed. Did no receive the right size car due to the 36 day booked period. Will not use this company again.

They gave me a very bad car and for 4 days i kept trying to change and they refused untill the car broke down on me and my family and they ruined my 2 weeks vacation, and they said u took it from a third party site, i will never rent from them again, specially sheffield ranch and its manager mr. Waited a long time queueing to collect car, with only a few desks open, even though it was late morning and still a busy time of day. Car smelt of smoke from previous driver / passenger(s). Some marks on the vehicle weren't evident on the driving away paperwork. This delayed the onward journey as had to get staff to look and acknowledge the other scratches etc.

At first, we were very delighted to have a wonderful service and the counter staff Neda was very helpful in stating out the terms and conditions and she stated that we would be able to change the credit card for payment and have a different credit card to be charged when returning the car. As we were returning the car, we were surprising when the rude Indian clerk told us that it was impossible. Then proceeded to shoo us off and told us that we could only call the hotline (which was already close by the way) to remedy the situation. We felt cheated by Neda for giving us hope that we could change our credit card payment and use a different card and we felt shamed by the rude attitude that the Indian Clerk was given us. We won't be renting from europcar ever again.
