Like: Akmal was so helpful and patient. He had the car organised for pick up (we got lost so it took longer than it should have, no fault of company).
Car made our stay so much better. Akmal was wonderful to deal with and a credit to Samavest. Dislike: Cannot think of any issues we had with the hire of the car.
Except when local police hit me with a 200MYR on the spot fine for a genuine boo boo. They also took my drivers licence and passport and threatened to take the hire car if I didn’t pay the 200MYR immediately.
