I have booked a medium SUV, what i received was a Nissan Sentra!!! Have submitted a case!!

Like: Friendly staff, efficiency, no upsell
Dislike: I would have liked to have been shown the vehicles operating features as I have never driven a vehicle of this type before.

Like: size and condition of car all good
Dislike: cost of prepaid fuel high and upgrades expensive

Like: Good experience fast servers no sell for upgrade

Like: Quality/Price Efficient service
Dislike: nothing

Like: In the parking garage, there was no wait and we were able to get the keys immediately and start our vacation!
Dislike: The wait to pick up the car in the terminal was long. The person waiting on us, was also on her cell phone, while serving us. The car had lots of small dings and scratches where it had hit things and the paint had chipped off. On the form the attendant gave us in the parking garage, none of these were checked off and should have been. When I told the attendant that there were many dings and scratches, she just told me to mark them off on the diagram but she should have really come out of the booth since she was not serving any customers at that point, and should have gone over the condition of the car with us.
