車両、手続き、スタッフの対応などは満足しています。一つ残念な点は、返却場所が分かりにくく空港を3周ほどしました。最終的には、同乗者に受付カウンターに行ってもらい、スタッフに来てもらって無事返却しました。その時のスタッフの対応は、すごく良かった。次回も利用すると思います。

Everything went smoothly, didn’t wait too long for the car to arrive. Drop off a little confusing but more to do with the airport and the way thai’s park than to do with the rental company. Man arrived quickly to check the car. Would use again without hesitation.

Booked with EasyRentCars as they were the best price, proved to be just as good as any of the big names that I’ve booked with. No complaints of any kind. Would use again without hesitation.

The staff kept asking for a tip and asked me if I liked marajana. I think that tell you all you need to know. Awful and I’m still waiting for my deposit back.
