The worst experience I have ever had renting a car. First no one came to pick me up at the car rental depot had to call an Uber. Then I waited 1 1/2 hours to get the car. On return I was told I owe the whole amount for the car which I already prepaid for. Then when I showed them my receipt they said I owed for liability insurance instead. I gave them my Visa to pay and was told that their system was down and I would have to pay cash or cheque which I didn’t have either. I told them to take my card number but they refused. I had to then go to an ATM which I got charged to to use to get money out. What a gong show. Never ever using this company again and I would not recommend it to anyway. There is no savings with all the aggravation it causes.
