No queue at counter to pick up, so process was smooth. They gave me a free upgrade to a small SUV. Staff in car park so drop off very easy

Overall we had a great experience. We had an issue with credit/debit and load and go cards both on pick up and drop off which was inconvenient and we were given different information. It was resolved well by the staff but it was inconvenient for us as customers.
