Our rental was amazing. We fell in love with it when we first picked it up. It was hard dropping it off due to so much memories with it in less than a week that we had it. We highly recommend dollar car rental. Definitely coming back

Waited about 90 mintes in line to get to SLC Thrifty agent. Completed all paperwork and had to wait an additional 40 minutes to be told the Suburban rented was not available- check engine light, with no other Suburbans available. Was offered two smaller SUVs to compensate for space, but only had one driver. Had to squeeze into a Chevy Tahoe - 6 passengers total plus luggage. 4 teens sat across the back for their tour of Grand Tenton and Yellowstone. I rented a Suburban due to combination of three rows and combined luggage space. Nothing compares to that vehicle platform.
To be honest, quite disappointed, this is the first time I rent on Fox, also the last time. The service of fox is terrible, no one told us the car was cleaning when we picked up. We spent over 1 hour to pick up a car and in the car, there are stains everywhere. And acceleration of this SUV is really terrible, in the YellowStone park, it lacks of power to accelerate the speed.
The pick up place is really far from the airport, and shuttle is over 30 minutes. We spent more $20 on Lyft.
No. I expected a little more economical in terms of gas efficiency. It gave around 17 miles per gallon combine. Engine light was on during my first 200 mile journey.

Said I would pick the car up at 10:30, ended up getting there at 11:30. I was told that it would be 45 min to get a truck. After getting frustrated and telling them that I would take a car that wasn’t clean they got me one fairly quickly. Coming from someone who is executive elite with National I am not used to this level of service.
Car cost more than expected. I did upgrade to a Kia, but they did not acknowledge my $30.00 lower price that I showed. The counter girl seemed eager to get me out and did not to deal with the lower price I asked her. The car was not real clean but I took it anyway. Also, when I returned the car, I knew it would cost me extra for had but did not expect an $8:00 surcharge to put the gas in. All said and done, I would give Dollar no more than a C plus overall rating
This SUCKED
I arrived. The budget counter could not find my reservation. Once I show them they then found 2 reservations. They could not figure it out so sent me into the main desk. These people were incompetent. I waited 30 min. Then when they got to me they told me that I had to wait 45 min for a car. Then at 45 min I check and they told me that they had no cars and there were > 10 people ahead of me. I walked over to Avis and book a car. I missed my appt.
The car was great - though borrowed from Hertz since they were out of cars. I had to wait in line for over an hour, much of the first part with only ONE employee trying to serve a LONG line of customers. Finally someone else showed up and it moved faster. The lady who helped me was very friendly, especially given the circumstances - she just needed more help!

About Advantage:2.0/10
Advantage did not have the car we want. They say that their cars are for first come first serve (base on customer that come in), even though I reserved it online. We have to upgrade and pay more for an SUV. Basically they gave us an option which isn't much option to choose from. They say reserving online only lock the price, but doesn't lock the car, which then I don't understand what is the purpose of me spending my time choosing the car for so long, because in the end, the car availability is in correct and it's totally up to what advantage have.
Car rental service was excellent. The counter person was very friendly and very good at service. Got a brand new car, which was nice to drive. Airport port pick-up and drop was on time. Overall I and my family very much impressed with the Fox Rent A Car.

Portal was Easy for Booking car and good price. Price was good to compare to other rental providers.
The pick up was smooth even with a small wait due to the queue. Staff was great and clear. We didnt get the requested Jeep but got something comparable. Delivery process super effective and all the paperwork was sent by email for safe keeping.
