From Terminal 1, after collecting any baggage, follow signs to Terminal 2. You will see our Green Motion branch in the Terminal 2 arrivals area. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to Terminal 2. From Terminal 2, after collecting any baggage, head out the the arrivals area and our Green Motion branch is located right there. Car Return Simply follow the Car rental return signs or navigate to our Green Motion return area at Hans-Grade-Weg Mietwagenrückgabe, 22335 Hamburg. Once you arrive at the return area, you can park in one of the open lanes. A service agent will be there to assist with your return from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, 8.00 am - 10:00 pm. There was a small issue. The vehicle booked through the platform was supposed to fit three 24-inch suitcases, but the actual vehicle provided did not have enough space. I had to pay extra to switch cars, which feels a bit like hidden charges. However, the service attitude was excellent.

The car exceeded my expectations,Haven't checked the charges yet. the service in Hamburg though was arrogant, not helpful and did not function well. On my question why not someone could go with me to the car deck , the answer was just, we don't do that. So after 20 hours of traveling I had to inspect a car, then call them, then nobody came, then call them again, and then someone came and inspected it with me. WHY? why could they not send someone with me , if they knew there were scratches on that car. This is not acceptable and budget should really check wat is going on at German counters. the return was difficult because the way to car return is marked car rental not car return and Hamburg Airport is confusing in the way it is built. At the return, the guys had to do chatting in the office before they served people.

The car was in great condition, very new, with only about 16,000 kilometers on it. I also proactively informed them about a crack on the front windshield.

The car, and free upgrade, was fabulous. The only frustrating thing was the checking process when we dropped the car off. The 'checker' checked cars who had arrived after us first and this was particularly frustrating as we were in a hurry.

The car had a scratch on the bumper that was not documented in the rental contract, which led to 1150 Euro damage charges upon return. I did not receive a vehicle from the booked class (4 door sports sedan) but an SUV.

The car rental company's service attitude is excellent! We arrived early and they still managed to accommodate us without pushing us to buy extra insurance. They respond quickly to issues via email. Highly recommend Alamo! Returning the car is easy; there's staff at the parking lot to collect the car. Remember to fill up the gas tank! I'm not sure if I have a fine yet, but the deposit should be refunded in about a month regardless.

The service was great, but when returning the car, the specified spot was Terminal 1, Bus Stop 29, which was nowhere to be found. There were only stops 1-24. I had to ask many people, none of whom knew either. It took over an hour and numerous international calls to finally reach someone. Even the car rental return center at Frankfurt Airport was easier to find. If there is no return location at the airport, it is suggested to choose a more easily accessible location. Returning the car in Stockholm was much easier; there was a fixed location. However, the navigation couldn’t find this spot, and I had to ask many people to find it when picking up the car as well.
