Like: Professional young and friendly staff
Dislike: I was given a manual gear car despite reserving an automatic, had to go back to office to get an automatic car.

Пришлось ждать машину - приехали чуть раньше запланированного времени. Второй водитель оказался платный 300 крон. Все остальное быстро и хорошо.

We were upgraded to a Volvo V60 diesel, which was great. The vehicle was new and very feature packed, and we loved our drive in Norway with this wonderful car. Many thanks to Hertz for this! However, we would suggest to Hertz ihat the personnel at the rental counter shoukd typically take a few minutes to take the customer to their assigned vehicle, and spend a few minutes with basic orientation. That allows customers to ask questions on the car, since we come from Asia, and some of our cars are different from the ones used in Europe.

The platform was great, very responsive, and the customer service was also very prompt!

Like: Car was quite good.
Dislike: We spent lot of time before we found the office. We had to pass Volvo center, go dowstairs and so on, without any pointers.

We actually got a Ford Kuga. Very good experience. The on-board navigation was very, very helpful.

Dislike: I asked questions by email after I arrived but still no answer.

Volvo in photo but I was given KIA hybrid. Ok as they said it was in the same category. However, the car cannot be charged. I spent an evening searching the web for a solution to realize that it was a defect of the car. Why Herzt gives away defect car to customer?

When I picked the car up the lady in the office and her colleagues could not have been more helpful. I think it was a bit cheeky to charge me a "one-way" fee for returning a Swedish registered car to Sweden from Norway - but - c'est la vie....

Be more upfront about your car prices

Très bonne voiture Toyota Yaris hybride l’avantage c’est que malgré mes 2700km j’ai très peu consommer. Par contre c’était une automatique le début fut pas facile

Très bien comme d'habitude à Tromso, seul petit bémol sur l'efficacité des pneus hiver de ce véhicule par rapport à celui que j'avais loué en janvier au même endroit, la tenue de route n'était vraiment pas terrible et impossible de prendre certaines routes un peu pentues, alors qu'avec le véhicule que j'avais loué en janvier j'étais passée aux même endroits sans aucun soucis, avec ce véhicules nous avons rencontrés quelques difficultés de tenue de route...
