The car that I rented wasn't available and the person who serviced us immediately upgraded us to a practically new car with less than 3km on the odometer. Even though the car rental office closed at 8pm, there was someone waiting for us as we exited the airport close to 9pm.

The site was easy to navigate and customer service representatives responded to my emails within 30 mins.

We cannot locate the place as we keep looking out for signs of Easy Rent Cars. We did not know that we are renting from Times Car Rental. Our booking information did not indicate so and we keep asking for directions to Easy Rent Cars without success. It was a kind local uncle that helped us made a phone call and that is when we realize we are to go to Times Car Rental. End up we pick our car 1 hour later than the booking time. We were also not given the car that we originally booked. We booked for a honda fit but we got a toyota instead. fortunately the toyota served us well. The car is very clean and easy to handle.

Easy to find staff at the airport. Pick-up and drop-off are very fast. I reserved honda fit car but Times upgrades car to toyota premio with same price.

Poor English language, since I forgot full fill the oil only of half tank, 1st Of the officer need me pay, ¥8xxx, it is really crazy, I angry and he don’t understand, 2nd staff told me ¥2xxx is ok. Which is totally ridiculous.

I rent a car for touring around Okinawa. I picked Honda Fit but the staff did not tell us that they would give me Mazda demio and only hurriedly led us to get the car. The staff who serve us could not speak or understand much English that we had to guess for using the car and study the documents ourselves.

The price drop protection is fantastic.

About Map code is japaneses language only , it’s not practical . If company can provide manual booklet and code for tourism place , it would be wonderful.

Did not get that car same as i booked. I booked Nissan , but i got Mazda
