この会社は、ミュンヘン空港のT1レンタカー・ホールにあまり目立たない場所に、エンター・プライズ(enterprise)という名前をつけていた。受付のイケメン従業員は英語が流暢で、態度もとても良く、とても迅速に手続きを済ませ、車を洗うため、私たちは20分待って車を受け取りました。駐車場で車を取っている時に出会った女性のドイツ人従業員は態度が普通で、私たちにあまり相手にしてくれなかった。車を出してから私たちの問題に対して辛抱強くなくて、私たちを置き去りにして考えて出て行った。でも、車を返すのはうまくいった。全体的にはこの会社がいい。もちろんレンタカーを借りるなら、Europe carや他の大手企業を選ぶかもしれない。

非常棒の会社、サービスが良く、饮用車両やレンタカー会社が多くて、とても便利です、qeeqがあって、これから私が胜手に天下を歩いてた!ただ、提供されているガイドはあまり上手ではありません。おかげで私のアップルの地図とGoogleの地図はとても力が入っています。

Really good experience. The Alamo counter at Munich Airport was excellent—super efficient and the staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and paperwork were handled really fast. They’d run out of the VW Passat I originally booked, so I paid a bit extra to upgrade to a 5 Series Touring. Totally worth it, it drove great.
