This was my first time renting a car for a self-drive trip abroad, and I found the QEEQ platform to be excellent. Hertz was also great; the rental and return procedures were very straightforward and convenient, taking less than half an hour in total. However, the credit card deposit hasn't been refunded yet, and I'm not sure if there are any additional charges. I'll definitely use QEEQ for my next self-drive trip abroad.

Hertz had offer to upgrade my Car for addition A$10 a day. However, as I had bought the full coverage insurance thru Easyrentcars. They wasn't able to advice to the insurance impact and thus we were unable to upgrade our car on the spot.
