Great service, easy check in, and I got to select my vehicle. All staff were extremely friendly. The worst part was the placement of the car rental services/difficulty getting there, at both the Atlanta airport and the Pensacola airports, however this is not a reflection on Alamo and its fantastic customer service as all other car rental services were in the same location.

Easy, simple process. All upgrade options there so no surprises at the price being paid at the desk on pickup.

Like: Good, new, low mileage vehicle
Dislike: Being offered upsell when a larger vehicle was to be offered anyway. Check out assistant added on an unwanted Sat Nav Device charge when exiting the car park. Only noticed this on my credit card statement during the holiday. Had the charge removed promptly on returning the car.
