No queues for pick-up. For drop-off, just park the car and hand in the keys.

Didn't know that Chinese driver's license couldn't be used because it couldn't be scanned. So frustrating! Wasted a trip.

The staff were very enthusiastic, but there were additional sales pitches which you can choose to ignore. When returning the car at a different location, there wasn't a counter at the airport. You need to call, and someone will come to pick you up and take you to the company to return the car.

Very good and smooth service at the rental centre in Miami Airport. Much better that what I have experiences in other locations. As always when booking through I broker, I hope for some kind of online checking process to reduce the time spent on data entry at the location.

The air port shuttle did not go to this location should of mentioned that drop off times not convenient for air travel, staff not that friendly.
