The car was almost brand new and a good size. The counter staff were friendly. However, when we got the car the petrol tank was not full, it went down a notch before we had even left the car park. We emailed customer service immediately just to find out 2 weeks later when we returned that they don't monitor the customer service email address... The company policy is fuel full to full, but we received our car very short of full fuel.

親切で辛抱強い。英語が悪いので、従業員は自らトランスレータを使ってレンタカーの重要事項を逐一説明し、説明した。しかも車を取り場所はとても便利で探しやすく、空港で車を返した時に標識が道を間違えて見えなかったこと、メルボルン空港の駐車場に入ってから追加の費用を徴収されたことを除いて、その他はすべてとても良い。
満足、サービスが窮屈に聞こえる。GPS用のカーナビが提供されているので、オーストラリアの別の会社のテレホンカードを2枚買った。

飛行机を降りて関系を消して、まっすぐレンタカー会社に向かって、とても探しやすくて、いっぱいのレンタカー会社は駐車場の横で一列に併んで、thriftyは第一にも知らないし第二にも、忘れて……車を取りに行くのが早いですね、非常に効率的で、私たちはまだ運転する時間がなくて、ほかのスタッフは私たちが来て車を返したと思って、また車を運転して【顔を覆います】……
