Like: Incredible price for three days, guy at airport service desk was laid back, very pleasant and there was no pressure, VW Polo was nearly new, in good condition and great little car
Dislike: When I returned the car, I couldn't find anyone to check it in so I went to reception. The guy asked if everything was ok and took the keys; trusting I had not damaged the car. I realised afterwards that they were still able to take money from my credit card so I checked my card for a few days afterwards. Everything was fine but it would have been even better if I'd had it confirmed earlier. Not a problem but that's the only thing I can think of where the experience could have been even better. I will hire a car again through Easy Rent / Thrifty when I'm in Ireland and next time I will be familiar with the procedure. Thank you
