Ok - expensive

Did not check the car during pick-up and drop-off

They kept saying I didn't book for two days. I contacted customer service and even showed them the bilingual order, but it didn't help. It took a long time, and they made me pay extra first, promising a refund. After returning the car, the staff told me to contact the rental company for the refund. I was really frustrated. At that point, I couldn't reach customer service. After a lot of back and forth, the staff finally said they would process the refund. If your English is not good, be cautious.

Service staff was very detailed and good.

Easy to book. Price protector did not find any cheaper price.

Refund of deposit still not returned and they have not been contactable by phone. Pick up was long winded.

10 out of 10 will use it in the future.

Like: Staff were friendly at both pick up and drop off. Car was in great condition and very clean. Super fuel efficient too which was a bonus! Stayed a week and didn't even use $80 worth of fuel with LOTS of driving! Have used Europcar before and wouldn;t hesitate to use them again
Dislike: Nothing, systems are good, staff are great, prices are awesome!
