Convenient and great service

Easy and fast pick up. Multi language staffs available for customers from different country. Received message in advance on pick up notice. However, there r 2 things I haven’t experienced with other rental company before. First, I have been asked to return the car in sharp( I set my return time at 9:00am). Any delay will cause voided on the insurance. When I ask to extend my return time to 10am for flexibility, I have been told to charge 1100yens for the insurance. I can’t believe a car insurance is counted by hour not by day. Second, the fuel policy is full to full but I have also been asked to provide receipt for proof. These r the strange policies I have never been experienced

Clear instruction, communication via Watsapp in English; Chinese. Appreciate special arrangement to pick up car @ airport on arrival due to arrival delay till 8pm.

Easy booking and clear terms

The car was big enough and spacious for only two of us without large luggage. A big strange that we have to put petrol from the station that they specified and had to present a receipt to proof, I used other car rentals twice in Okinawa and this is the first requirement I’ve come across. I found this request a bit annoying. The GPS in the car is very old and display is in Japanese, some new roads doesn’t exist in this GPS. Up sell their own insurance, kept saying the insurance should pay and if they don’t pay would have a lot of fines, etc. The car has a lot of scratches but they only concentrate on inspecting the bottom of the car, don’t understand the reason.

We have to wait around 30 min till service van come and wait till the other family come. The car has scratches all round the car. When we return the staff didn’t use service car to sent us to airport. He ask us to sit together (5 people) ask my son to sit on my lab and the luggage on my wife lab too. We refused so he bring the van to sent us to airport as standard. Not even say sorry. Very pool services

訂的是Honda fit, 到手是Suzuki. 車很好，省油，用六天，還車入一次油。4個人4個24寸行李。後座空間大。服務很好，下次來會再租
