A big strange that we have to put petrol from the station that they specified and had to present a receipt to proof, I used other car rentals twice in Okinawa and this is the first requirement I’ve come across. I found this request a bit annoying. The GPS in the car is very old and display is in Japanese, some new roads doesn’t exist in this GPS. Up sell their own insurance, kept saying the insurance should pay and if they don’t pay would have a lot of fines, etc. The car has a lot of scratches but they only concentrate on inspecting the bottom of the car, don’t understand the reason.
