The pick up process at the firefly desk at Malaga airport was terrible. Unbelievably slow - over an hour wait - despite me completing all the details in the UK before we travelled. There should be some desks dedicated to prebookings and some for on the spot reservations. The staff desperately tried to sell me more insurance. When I refused, they tried to used scare tactics to add more pressure. After queuing in the airport, I then had to go to another office in the carpark to collect the keys. Having been travelling with three children from 3:30 am, not ideal at all!!

このレンタカー店はマドリード空港の1号棟の外にある駐車場で、あまりよくない。マドリード空港のスタッフの多くも知らない。店には車を受け取る人がたくさんいたので、車を受け取るのに十分以上待った。車を受け取る時、コンパニオンは簡単に私達に車の駐車場所と車体の傷の小さいことを話しただけで、車を受け取るのに付き添ってもなくて、私達と一緒に現場の状況を確認したこともありません。私は今回スペイン、ポルトガルで、Qeeqを通じて、3つのレンタカー会社を探しました。この会社の印象とサービスは比較的一般的です。 またレンタカーの前で、契約約款でガソリンを1箱買うと言っていたが、車を引き取る時、フロントの受付では、ガソリンのほかにも、油を買うためのサービス料が必要だと言っていた。これは契約約款では明らかにされていませんが、私たちは国内に戻ってから契約書を見直して見つけたのです。今後、Qeeqが車の代金を紹介する際に、油を買うときと余分なサービス料が必要であることを明記することを希望します。
取りは車の时は、车の买い取りよく油などの一部の条項は、直ちにqeeqのコール相談。お客様サービスのフィードバックはとてもタイムリーで、はっきりしています。ありがとうございます。
