ASAPのスタッフのサービス態度は非常に良かったです。ただしひとつ大きな問題があります。それは、ASAPの現地カウンターが空港にないことです。到着後、案内にあるターミナルを一通り探しましたが見つからず、結局空港のスタッフに尋ねて、空港案内所に行くよう指示を受け、その後やっとASAPスタッフの連絡先を見つけました。スタッフに電話することでようやく手続きに案内されました。このプロセスは非常に不便でした。

At Phuket Airport Gate 2, since there's no dedicated counter, you need to call the staff to come and assist. If your English isn't good, you may need help from Thai service staff to make the call.
