ドゥブロヴニク空港で車を受け取り、ザグレブ空港で返却しました。受け取った際に写真を撮ったものの、自分でも助手席側外部の擦り傷を忘れてしまい、スーパーマーケット駐車場で擦られたと思い込んでいました。英語が苦手だったため、QEEQに車のレンタル会社との連絡をお願いしましたが、QEEQは非常に親切で、必要な資料を用意するようアドバイスしてくれました。返却時、事前に英語で作成した説明書を用意していきましたが、AVIA社の車をチェックした若いスタッフがその説明を確認し、丁寧に電話で連絡を取ってくれました。そして、車を受け取った際の写真を確認するようアドバイスを受けた結果、私たちがつけた傷ではないことが判明。今回の海外レンタカー体験では、QEEQ社とAVIA社にとても感謝しています！
