CNS空港内の到着ゲートを出て左に曲がり、タクシー・バスゾーンを右に曲がって歩道を渡ったところが待機ゾーン。ちょうどシャトルバスが来ていて、運転手は親切だった。レンタカー会社は客も多くなく、従業員も限られているが、効率もいいし、車を返すときはみんな同じ妹で車をチェックしたり、手続きをしたり、シャトルを運転したりしている。
