I checked and rechecked my confirmation and no where did it say it the car was from Hertz. Finally called the number and only then I figured it out from the message. And talking about calling I had a concern that I tried to contact Hertz about. I called 10 times over 3 days and left 2 messages. Never could get through, did not receive a call back.
Like: FRIENDLYNESS Dislike: My reservation is from 10:30 to 10:30, but I didn't get the car till 11:15 because the car we reserve wasn't ready, they upgraded to a similar SUV but didn't like, so wait for the car which was okay with us, but when we returned the car around 11 pm, the parking lot attendant still there, and told us that the person who take care of the return car paperwork still there just step out the office, so we wait a little, didn't return. So the attendant showed us how & where to drop key & paperwork which we did. Then later on found out they charged us 1 extra day, so have to contact them and they reversed the charges. Also would be nice if they email us the invoice after instead I had to call and requested.
