However, when you go to pick up the car, they bring it over very quickly. The receptionist has a heavy accent, making it hard to understand details about insurance and tolls, so you have to ask several times. But the service attitude is excellent. Also, the guy responsible for handing over the car is super handsome!!!!

In Sydney, absolutely do not rent a manual car! It's already challenging enough to drive on the right side, and having to shift gears with your left hand is a whole new level of difficulty. Also, if your budget allows, definitely rent a car with a larger engine. The roads around Sydney are very hilly, and small cars struggle with the inclines. Watching elderly ladies pass me by made me feel really embarrassed!
