The rental company's attitude was extremely negative. Our team needed to rent a 7-seater MPV. Despite having already paid for full insurance on the platform, we were asked to pay an additional €300 to pick up the car. The money was not returned when we returned the car, serving as extra insurance. Essentially, we ended up paying for insurance twice on the same vehicle. Additionally, when the rental staff saw that we were hesitant to pay the extra amount, they left to have lunch and returned 40 minutes later. They then left again for a 20-minute smoke break without processing our order, and upon returning, made us queue up from the back. This caused a delay of over two hours, making the overall service extremely poor.

When the staff saw us hesitating about this payment, they left to have lunch and did not return for 40 minutes. Then they stepped out for another 20 minutes for a smoke after not processing our order, making us queue up again from the back. This entire process delayed us by more than two hours and the service was extremely poor overall.

The staff's attitude was not very good, and they were not proactive in handling issues.

The pickup process was fine, but upon returning the car, there was some damage. They didn't handle it on the spot and asked me to wait for two business days. A week has passed and they still haven't provided a report or a receipt for the charge. The credit card preauthorization hasn't been lifted, and without a report, I can't file a claim.
