Good value but inconvenient.

About FOX RENT A CAR: 6.0 /10
1) I waited in line for a long time before meeting counter staff. There were at least 8 people before me, and there was only 1 counter staff serving the customers. 2) the shuttle from car rental terminal to Fox car rental was too small, it can only take few passengers with luggage’s. As a result, half of my family was left behind for the next shuttle. 3) after my car return, I would rather the shuttle drop us off at SFO instead of to the car rental complex (so that we don’t have to wait for the blue line to bring us to SFO.)

The wait was ridiculous....over 1 hour to compete the paperwork...will probably never use Fox again. Numerous surprises with the gas scenario and tolls.

“Not so great”

We had booked a SUV and when we go to the counter we were told they do not have it. We were given a mini van. The car was horrible and did not even have a charging spot. After persuading the staff we were asked to come the next day to get the SUV. It was a long drive for us with all the traffic. This spoilt our vacation.

We expect better service and the booking site should also ensure that the type of car booked is available at the site.

“Voiture en très mauvais état ! baddest experience!”

La voiture avait un roulement de mort, elle faisait un bruit énorme en roulant. Chaque soir nous avions mal au crâne. La pire experience de ma vie! À fuir ! En plus si on ne prend pas leurs assurance à 20$ par jour ils ne vous laissent pas partir avec la voiture ! Arnaque total !
