I would rent again

Terrible experience as it took more than 2 hours to pick up the car. Only one person on the counter and two customers in front of me in the line. My turn came after 90 minutes. They came up with another addition of $46 to add to our own insurance and which was not listed when we had booked the rental. When we did the drop off we had to wait more than 30 mins for the shuttle. It is supposed to be pickup within 15 mins but the person on the first shuttle did not take us even though he was going to airport but not for our Airlines. He told us the next driver will take us for our airline which makes no sense. The second driver also tried to go the same that next driver will take you for United but we had to tell him we couldn’t wait another 15 mins so please drop us.

Car was only 3/4 full of fuel and I had to bring it back full or I would have gotten charged it. Other wise happy with company.

Girl at desk mumbled something about my car would be brought out front waited for 20 minutes finally went back in side to find out where it was and was told by someone else the car was in the lot out front also told it was brand new only 400 miles no damage to it , found a big door ding when we got to hotel . This bothered me all week thought they would try to say I did it. Thankfully they said nothing on inspection when I dropped it off

We had to get extra insurance that never show when we book. The staff was kinda aggressive when we dinied some options she mentioned. Inside car, windows are dirty. They didn't clean it.

Dislike: Too much time to check out
