The whole process of collection and drop off was handled efficiently and very politely by excellent staff. The car was in very good condition. It was a good experience throughout.

Really long wait for pick up

Very smooth pick-up and drop-off at Europcar. Car was ready when we've arrived for pick-up. If there was no technical issue with the POS machine, pick-up would have been probably 5-10min only. Great service at both ends...

Easyrentcars's price include all of the insurance and then I was charged on damage collision and theft protection insurance at Europecar again without explanation in advance. They told me I signed the contract so it means I accepted and could not claim it back.

It was a simple and easy process but they could make they international form available online.

Very easy plataform to use. It has simplified my booking experience.
