Wechatの回答は全くなかった。カウンターの職員は英語もハングルも分からない。意思疎通が難しい。
オンラインサービスの回复が急速に、すぐ店の位置を見つけてくれ。車を取ります当日私達は分からないことがあって、すぐ電話をかけて助けを求めてホットラインを助けて、すぐに人が応対してフォローします!社員は礼儀正しくて、効率的です!

車のコンディションは良好。受付の方も翻訳アプリを使って対応するなど丁寧でした。他の大手レンタカー会社に比べると安い。情報が少なく不安でしたが、安心して利用出来ます。 カーナビが韓国語にしか対応していないので、ナビはNAVERマップを利用しました。スマホホルダーが用意されていたのも良かった。
