Needs more information

Very hard to find location for pickup as had not been given the name of the local agency only a location. Local staff were unable to tell me whether I would need the ETC card for my journey or explain it properly hence we had a lot of problems subsequently using toll roads - an information sheet in English would solve this problem.

The name of the local agency needs to be provided on booking confirmation to help locating easier.
