We waited longer to get the car than our flight. We landed at 6:30 and had the car at 10. Ridiculous! Lesson learned- no money saved after all of the add on charges and never rent with a company outside the airport.

My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize. No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly. Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.

excellent idea

My only complaint was I had to drive a mini van because they were out of compact. Car was banged up a little and turn signal out.

I don't know what Green Motion is. I rented through Economy and they were great. My ratings above are for them.
