Instructions are unclear, charged for insurance in China and again locally, consumer fraud.

The store is relatively small, staff attitude is average, they do not proactively answer questions, and there are language barriers.

It took about 2 hours to pick up the car. I booked an automatic Passat station wagon, but they didn't have it or any equivalent model. They had to get one from the airport, which wasn't too far, but the efficiency was really low.

Although this Enterprise car rental company is cheap, it is very unreliable. Two rentals ago, I booked a B-class station wagon and received an A-class Focus station wagon instead. The last rental was even worse; they told me there were no cars available when I arrived at the store. So far, Zuzuche has not given me a satisfactory response.

Very poor service from the rental location. They exploited the language barrier to add hidden charges, increasing the total cost deceptively. They even swapped my car for a small Opel SUV, which was totally unexpected.
