Staff at the centre were really helpful, those at the main call centre less so.

Didn't realise that company not actually based within the airport but that didn't actually matter as we were picked up (and dropped back off) quickly and easily by staff. Aaron was really helpful and process was quick and easy. Returned car early without any problems.

Waited an hour for them to collect me. They gave me a car that was damaged on every panel then charged me £375 for two microscopic marks that they did not record when I picked the car up - scammed me because I did not take their premium insurance at £38 per day. Held me to ransom. Collection took a total of 2.5 hours because their software is faulty and rejects credit cards but takes them on another machine they have. I could go on......

Aaron who was the assistant manager dealing with us at the Belfast International Branch was asbolutely brilliant!

To be told had to purchase extra excess insurance was unfair as we had already purchased it via the booking to be told It wasn’t enough was ridiculous

The service was fine. The car was electric/ petrol.. and the fumes that came from the car was terrible.. causing both myself and my friend headache and very sort eyes. Had to drive with both windows slightly down, even thro it was raining. Mention this when returned the car and was told they couldn’t do anything about it. All I was told that it was being returned the next day..
