Upgraded on pickup to a fab Volvo v40. Great service from the team and especially Jason. We had a great experience!

The car should have been fully inspected before I arrived and any damage noted rather than making me do the inspection and risking missing something

Car was ok for a family of four, but the service light was on when we collected it and the tyre pressure warning light came on on the last day.

Horrific - made me pay more - I couldn’t even afford to eat that night because of it. Scammers the lot of them!! Verbally abused - swore at - shouted at - I pointed out that their office had cctv and he stopped shouting and swearing - after all that the car was dirty. When I left the car back they demanded they see my fuel receipt and told me if I didn’t have it to prove that I got fuel within a 5 mile radius that I wouldn’t get my £95 fuel deposit back!! Ever heard of gdpr?! AVOID

I am in the process of writing an official review of my experiences of renting a car from a range of rental companies in and around Belfast International Airport. A brief overview on renting a car from Easirent was that it was a difficult process, with little help or trust from staff and minimal customer service. From time of arrival to driving away the car took 2 hours and 15 mins. During my time having the Easirent car, I never felt comfortable having your car during the rental period for several reasons. All in all, the overall rating of rental was poor.
