We booked an economy car, Toyota Yaris or similar. We got a Toyota Vitz, no worries there. But the car was from 2012, had no Bluetooth connection, no AUX and no USB-port for charging. And it was an imported Japanese car which meant the radio only worked in the FM-range of 76-90 MHZ and so you couldn't even listen to music that way. You could find a station for a minute or two but reception was BAD!!!!!!!!!!

The car is over than 10 years and the interior is not clear at all. The seat covers have stain. I booked Toyota Yaris while they offered Honda Fit to me

“Great car for a great price”

We had to wait by the pink W. But it didn't say where that was. And the airport staff didn't no this either. Would have been beter if they had said by the pink W by door number so and so. For the rest the service was great and the car as well.

“Comfortable, relaxing, smooth”

Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

“Old car and long time refund”

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.
