There are hidden cost and the staff push us to get more options

The car was not mechanically sound. You could not drive it over 55 mph. Counter help did not know what they were doing. I never got my contract that they were suppose to send me on email. No receipt. The price did not include what major car companies waived. (extra driver, toll roads, etc) Paid $35 for tolls that I used $3,50.

We waited for almost an hour and after calling multiple times with no answer, we were told they were out of cars and couldn’t fulfill our reservation.

They suck don't ever use them. Tried to charge me an extra $150. Never ever even got the car. Ended up using Uber and leaving that place.

There were 5 people walking around and 2 people at the register helping a family. I was in line for 30 minutes until someone else came to help me. It took 5 minutes to help me. I didn’t understand how it took 30 minutes to help the other people.

She tried selling additional insurance which was unnecessary and eventually she abandoned. Overall, it left a bad taste.
