I couldn't even complete the reservation. They make me wait 15-20 minutes for assistance because they didn't have system. When they finally assist me wanted to charge me for the deductibles[$450] because I brought my own insurance. I canceled my reservation because of the bad service at the counter from the employee

“Green motion has a long line. Car does not have power door or windows.”

Long line at pick up location which is not at the airport. Green motion has a shuttle that picks up at the airport and the car lot is 10 minutes away. Took 1 hour from arriving at Green motion before I was able to complete the paperwork and drive off the lot. Very short staffed.

“a) Difficult to find bus pick-up b) Bus pick-up slow & counter service even slower ( 1 hr)”

A) Difficult to find pick up location. b) Slow shuttle c) Over 1 hour to check in-1 person at the counter-Did not even acknowledge we were there. d) Car had dents and chipped windshield. e) Won't be using this company again. Not customer focused at all. f) Since it took so long to check in my plans had to be cancelled. G) worst car rental experience I have ever had. H0 Person at the counter had no proof of car insurance. Wanted large non refundable payment. Won't be
