Like: The price was the best price I could find online. I was skeptical since I've never heard of this car rental website in the past. I rented from San Jose airport and it was fast, easy and friendly service (I chose Dollar). I was so impressed with the rate of the car I will go first to easyrentcars.com next time and nowhere else! Dislike: The only hesitation I would have in the future is that I had to pay in full before the trip. My travel changes often, so I'd be hesitant to pay in advance if my trip wasn't 100% confirmed. Otherwise, It was wonderful!
Like: The car and the service Dislike: that the insurance for the hybrid that I had pre-ordered was so high that I could not afford it. But I guess thats not your fault.
Like: Nice clean car with an option of two colors. My first time driving a hybrid car. Wasn’t comfortable at first, but I took some extra time to review all the buttons, dials and mirrors. Overall, I felt it was a good car and easy to drive.
