When I dropdropped the car, I told to staff Mr Emre , could you please check the car very well I've got something in car. My special water bottle. It's cost me £35.00 But he didn't. Also he saw I've lot's of stuff and he never offer me to help or give me a lift airport . That's unacceptable.

I reserved Qashkai In Terminal Full to Full Non of this was respected!!!! They provide me Skoda Same to same The otopark was far from the Terminal and it was very difficult to find it for drop off

Dislike: No clear direction signs at the airport to the rental area

The only thing I dissapointed is, company charged me extra to clean the car.

Staff were rude when dropping car off. They told me to shut up and I was going to go insane but I had a flight to catch. They were very very rude after dropping car off.

There are no staff in the office when the car is delivered Delay in re deposit

Like: The car was literally brand new having 13 Kilometers. Car was not clean due to rain while being stored but one of the staff gladly washed it for me.
Dislike: Not a big issue but Garinta’s car pickup and delivery is off site, a very nice shuttle van takes you once you finish the paperwork to pick up your car. You need to tag the location on Google so that you find it easily upon returning the car.

The car was ok and the staff was also ok but this company is tricking their customers to pay for insurance by scaring the them and saying that you are not insured at all and if you have an accident, even if it’s not your fault you will have to pay x amount of money. They force you to buy their insurance. That’s why they are little bit cheaper than the other companies. i think that’s where they make their money.

Like: The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they have a good service and such a new you car I had a Nissan qashqai 2018.
Dislike: Nothing
