Temps d attente trop long pour la recuperation du véhicule. J aurai du récupérer le vehicule a 19h00 je l ai récupéré 1h30 plus tard suite a un probleme avec un client précédent. Il n y avait qu une personne pour accueillir et s occuper des clients. Pas tres judicieux...

had a problem with the snow chains / Socks, they gave me only 2 and they were all torn. I was refunded for the socks but couldn't go on mountains as to go back to office to change the socks was a 3hr drive that didn't make sense!!

Like: Our flight was delayed, but the staff was waiting for us up to 01:00 AM, that was very kind! Otherwise I can imagine how we can get to our final destination.
Dislike: We get different car (3 doors).

Not really. Headlights very ooor in car especially in bad weather conditions. Too many hidden extras to pay. We will not be using gold car again In the future.

Just lost some time because I didn't know I needed to register at the counter before going to the pick-up parking.

Nothing to say. The price was very interesting !

Didn't appreciate, on pickup, the hard selling tactics of additional insurance and threats around penalties for damage or not refuelling the car on return. Stating that prices are cheap because there's an expectation that additional sales will be made on pickup made you feel you were being cheated. Ignoring all that, the car provided was in good condition and caused no problems.
