Trop d'attente pour récupérer la voiture... plus de 50 mins alors qu'il y avait seulement 3 personnes devant nous. L'agent était seul un vendredi soir à 19-20h et malheureusement très lent. Dommage...
Dollar was hard to find and you actually had to go to the Hertz desk - there was a small Dollar sign which I missed when I was first looking around.
I queued for 45 minutes.
The lady at the desk was dismissive and quite rude. When I questioned the insurance policy she looked annoyed an tutted at me. She couldn’t answer my query nor did she try.
I was left to go and find the car, inspect it by myself.

réservation très facile, juste il serait nécessaire de mieux indiquer le loueur final et sa situation dans l’aéroport. Si j'avais suivi les indications GPS données dans le mail, je me serai retrouvé à 10 km du hall d'arrivée de l'aéroport
I have booked a car in Toulouse for 5 days at a good rate of 93€. When I arrived to pick up my car the staff was very pushing and very demanding to add on top of this price an insurance fees of 137€ to cover all risk... + 50€ to get out of the border + 8€/day to be upgraded etc.... I said that I was not interested so the agent sounded upset and became not very friendly ! He demanded me to sign several papers to says that in case of any problems (even not responsible) I would be charge a lot of money + they withdrawn from my account 1215€ as caution!!!! The pressure was very hard and on top of that when I took the car the front tyres were totally worn out... The hostess could change the car since she had no other keys!!! I sent the pictures of the car and the tyres the next day morning and requested the full insurance because of the risk to drive such car, but I was answer that it was not possible and they only propose to change the car.... But that meant to do 250kms more for me !!! So I drove very carefully and I canceled several destinations ion the maintain because of the technical and finacial risks. I have booked a lot of cars in my life (I am 55yo) and it is the first time I am so stress and unhappy.
There wasn't a rep at drop off so had to post the keys. Although we know the tank was full on return and no damage, I am still waiting for confirmation that no extra charges are being applied and the deposit has been cancelled.
Très très insistants pour vous faire prendre leur assurance (très chère), jusqu'au point de vous faire peur. Mais à part ça, tout s'est passé normalement.

We liked the car. Service for us at collection and drop off were good but another customer was getting a hard sell for extra insurance which would put us off renting with budget again. We did have to queue a long time to pick up the car.
Feels like they’re more interested in finding a problem with the car after you’ve rented it than making sure you’re OK during your rental, but it did a job.

L'agent était un vrai requin commercial, il nous a presque forcé à prendre leur assurance à 50€ par jour et était très désagréable lorsque nous avons refusé. J'ai aussi été débité d'un montant de 50€ pour soi-disant un kit de secours manquant (que nous n'avons jamais vu ni utilisé) - quand on a vu les commentaires sur internet on a compris qu'on était pas les seuls a avoir vécu cette expérience - je ne relouerais jamais chez eux!!

I’ve rented from Europcar many times over the past few years, and I've never experienced the hustle that I was confronted with in Toulouse Blagnac. I arrived an hour before my scheduled pickup time, and without calling over to the parking garage, the rep told me that my car was not ready, but that she could provide me with different car for a €50 additional fee. I chose to wait an hour. When I asked her if there was a chance that my car would be ready before the scheduled time, she guaranteed me that it would not, but she also guaranteed me that it would be ready at exactly the scheduled time. Clearly, this was a deception – pay €50 more and leave now, or we’ll make you wait an hour. Then when I did rent the vehicle, another rep tried twice to convince me to upgrade my insurance, even after I showed him that I had already upgraded insurance through Easy Car, and he tried twice to convince me to sign off on the agreement that would allow me to return the car without a full tank, even after he admitted that it would cost considerably more than if I filled the tank, which I said was not a problem for me. I've never had an experience like this in other Europcar agencies that I dealt with over the years: Paris, Montpellier, and Millau. Unless Europcar is willing to address these issues, I will never again rent a car from them at the Toulouse airport.
The worst experience I never had in my life during 40 years of intensive business trip as a CEO. To be fair, I had the opportunity to work with GOLDCAR and it was okay, so I donl;t want to blame GOLDCAR. But my last experience was with an agent named AMAL. It was terrible experience, she forced me to subscribe to extra insurance that I don't need (My car insurance in the US covers my rental cars and I have an extra insurance with my AMEX). She threatened me not to give me a car and when I started calling Easyrentcars she decided to give me the car that already paid for and then she threatened to blacklist me with the support of her colleague (I don't remember his name). Guys, avoid to deal with this lady, she is arrogate, no experience ... she is terrible!... pick another agent.

So far, I have been using Easyrentcars service several time and I have been satisfied every single time. The App is simple, easy to use, straight forward and no strings attached!! Very happy with Easyrentcars service.

Staff very polite and smiley but it was too much. I thought the lady was genuinely super nice and offered to upgrade the car as I was getting married this holiday but what she was offering actually had a price! I declined politely. I was also very surprised to see how expensive the full cover was. I thought I had a good deal when initially booking with goldcar but turns out it is as expensive as others suppliers.
