It is the worse car rental company in my travelling journey up to now!! Unreliability - I was booked a diesel used car for ten days more journey half-year before in order to economy fuel consumption , but only a gasoline car to be chosen.... Untruthful - The staff mislead much compensated cost instead of the fact as some damage to be found!

Lotus were superb. Very helpful on pick up, couldn't do enough for us. On return, I filled up the car around 50 Kilometers away. When I got back to the airport, I tried to top up the fuel to full, but there was issues at both garages I tried with accepting UK credit cards. Other travels were also having issues, pumps were not manned. So, I returned the car 85 % full. The guy at Lotus said 'don't worry, you tried, there will be no charge'. If this was the USA I would have been charged a full tank. Thanks you Lotus.

friendly and efficient staff. nice car - free upgrade. quick and easy pick up and drop off. only point they could improve on was cleanliness and condition of child seats, one was quite dirty and another one was missing 4 point harness. resolved promptly though.

Counter staff at Lotus were extremely helpful and didn't unnecessarily push and extra insurance. They gave great tips on where to visit, as well as a thorough explanation of the rules of the road in Iceland. They don't look to charge you for hidden costs and return was painless with no worrying about car condition involved. Superb service - other car rental companies should take note and learn from Lotus.

Fara are a great car hire company. Someone answered the phone straight away. We were picked up in about 10-15 mins. The car was immaculate and the counter staff were very friendly.

Excellence service. The lady driver very helpful and friendly. She assist us to pick up our luggage at locker area and drop us at airport. The guy that at the counter explain the contract with us and speed of pick up and drop off process very fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Some of the small cars were a little banged up or missing hubcaps. On the exterior, ours was fine, but they left trash in the back floorboard! I guess we got what we paid for.

We waited a bit at the airport for the shuttle to arrive at pick up. Car was in good condition with all defects marked with stickers. It was a Hyundai i10 which took two 24 inch long suitcases in its boot. Fuel consumption was at about 5.7L/100km and it was quite sufficient for winter driving on highways and main roads.

Unprofessional, Rude & Poor Service. Upon getting the Mazda CX-3, Procar staff named Christian did not bother to check the car together. All he said was you go round and take pictures of the car. Shouldn't they have a more professional renting procedure for customer's peace of mind? Car remote got cranky after the first few days. Thought was due to weak battery. On my 12th day, at the peak of the water fall, car remote could not work. Tried for closed to 1 hour in the freezing weather, and it suddenly works. On my 13th day, car broke down: Steering got very tied and indicator flashes pull over. Fortunately I was in a small town near petrol kiosk. Called Procar hotline, they referred me to a technical expert and requested me to change battery of the remote control. To diagnosed the problem I have to walked 20 mins in the rain to a shopping center to replace the remote's battery, but the engine still failed to start. Called Procar again, referred back to staff Christian. Requested him to checked my email of the dashboard indications, I sent. He got impatient and crudely exclaimed that he got 15 email addresses, which one am I referring to, when there is only one email stated on Procar website (Rude). Instead of getting an agent to take over, he asked me to seek help from kiosk attendance to run start the car and eventually to call a service agent to charge the car battery. That was when the kiosk attendance spotted the broken belt. Service Agent also wasted much time driving to and fro to look for right tools to install the belt. Wasted more than half a day of my leisure trip thus had to forego some destinations. Also had to pay for the service and got the refund later. Procar staff could have been proactive to contact and liaised with a service agent instead of having their customer diagnose and communicating via the kiosk attendance. As a leisure traveler, it's devastating: lost time, lost Skype cost, traumatized and stressed.

wait too long to get the car. From departure gate, I spend almost 20 minutes to try to search for the person who pick me up for the car. After successful find that person, he ask me to wait for 15 min, he send other to et the car, after 15 min, he ask me to wait another 15 min , because there is anothetr person who wait them for almost 1.5 hour already. then after that, he send that person to pick up the car, ask me to wait another 15 min. end out I only successful reach there collection center after 1.5 hours. then take another 20 min to collect my car. When return car, they say got provide transfer to airport every 15 min, but end out I am waiting for 45 min for the transfer. conclusion, there is only one person there who incharge for pick up at airport, drive me to the car collection center, send people to airport from collection center. How can be done in 15 min for pick up and retuen. you need to expect at least 3 times of the times.

When we received the car, it had only a quarter of the fuel tank filled and it was pretty dirty on the outside. When we came to drop off the car, there was no one in the office for about 10 minutes.

It wasn't obvious where the car hire depots were - the symbol in the airport was a car with a key above and we were not sure we were following the correct signs. The girl at desk was not happy that I didn't take any additional insurance policy. I chose a policy on the website that I thought covered everything I might encounter but she advised it didn't cover for natural disasters. I chose not to pay for this as the areas she indicated there might be a problem I wasn't going to visit.

The only comment I can make is a mix up on paper work. At one point we were expecting a Hyundai I35 and ended up with a VW polo. Though this car served our purpose well it may have been nice to have that little more space.

Like: The sales representative was very welcoming and very friendly and give a lot of useful tips.
Dislike: The car was a little worn down and had previous damage on it. I saw some rental agencies put stickers to previous damages to clearly mark what is known to the agency. I would very much appreciate if Budget did the same.

一部のサイトでは空港受け取りとなっているが、実際には送迎シャトルで移動する必要がある(ただしとても近い)。シャトルにはGlobal Rent a Carの表示があるが、降りるとどこにも看板がなく、atakだか他の会社が代行している様子。一応建物の自動ドアにはA4の紙でGlobalRentaCarのロゴが貼ってある

I got a good vehicle, a Suzuki Jiminy, although it was barely large enough for our luggage. The car performed well but was very expensive. I realize everything in Iceland in the summer is expensive though.

The pick-up process seems outdated. With all the information already provided to Easyrentcars, I was surprised to need to provide all the information again. Also, the car was quite old (around 60,000km) and had multiple bumps on all sides and a few broken interior elements - so was not too pleasant overall.

We were confused that Rhodium was not sign posted anywhere. A member of airport staff had to tell us to go to Gold Cars. Otherwise all was well however I would have liked someone to receive the vehicle back from us to confirm that there would be no damages charges.

The car I rented outside was not clean and had many damage when I picked up was cold weather, strong wind and snowing hardly ( I had just arrived Iceland). They had 2 customers in hurry so I could not check anything and I didn’t got GPS that I requested on email I thought it should be prepared for me in car already and they went away from office already too I asked them when I returned car they said I should told before pick up car!!! I sure I didn’t made car new damage if they will not charge me after they may me fair car and fair care.

1. Provide unresonalble class of the car, the land rover should be Premium SUV class and it is not the same as nissan xtrail. The car price of Land rover could be 2 or 3 times higher than Xtrail how can AVIS put it in the same class? this is unfair for customer! 2. Provide mulfunction car to customer. Your staff said The Nissan Xtrail car is the brand new one that use only 8000 km. But it show speed fault. The car speed that was checked with speed limit on the road has 10km/h different from the speed shown in the car instrument panel. This caused me a lot problem for controling speed and it delay my trip a lot! 3. Your staff lied to me that the car don’t have built in GPS so i need to add more cost to borrow the GPS from AVIS but actually there is in the CAR! This make me feel very bad that AVIS is unreliable and untrustable. From these 3 reasons, I won’t use your service again and won’t recommend anybody to use your brand.
