    Hertz doesn't offer outstanding service; it largely depends on the staff's mood. At our pickup point, the staff were strictly businesslike—neither enthusiastic nor deliberately indifferent, likely due to their personality. Our car experienced damage midway, and the efficiency of the replacement point was not impressive. However, the young guy at the airport drop-off was very cheerful and proactive. Overall, there isn't much service quality to speak of, but they don't charge extra, and the car was in good condition, which is the most comforting part of the trip.
