Simple and hassle-free, returned smoothly.

Not happy with service. They treated us like children, scolding us for doing exactly what they told us to do, and lots of teeth sucking and head shaking. Advertised price was nowhere near what we paid due to mandatory add-ons. Waste of money, a big national company would had been cheaper, easier and more professional.

When i returned the car, the guy found a miniscule chip in the windshield and a small ding on the hood of the car. I told him that i recalled hearing something bing off the windshield when i was driving but did not see or think anything of it. I did not recall a stone/pebble hitting the roof of the car. I was told that i had to put in an insurance claim. Very disappointed in their customer service.

I was told I had to pay an extra insurance fee and was asked for a card proving my Road Star status with ICBC which I've never heard of and have confirmed with others doesn't exist.
