Al momento de la recogida todo medianamente bien pero nos hacen pagar un seguro (porque sino, no nos dan el coche aún llevando contratado otro seguro con antelación) y este seguro no te cubre nada!. A la hora de la devolución El personal fue lo peor, hacían por no entendernos, con el idioma, se reían de nosotros incluso con burlas. Nos han estafado y además nos amenazaron con no llevarnos al aeropuerto y casi perdemos el vuelo.

When we returned car the staff at the car rental company said the car has a little scratch that even can't be seen it. They were trying to make us to pay for this damage and finally we found this scratch in the photo that we took before. we fought with this guy in a hour and almost missed flight. I will not use this GREEN MOTION again! By the way, I saw people complain the same situation in internet..

“the worst car rental experience”

Our car wasn’t available so we waited 2 hours for a car. When we dropped it off at the end of the trip, it took so long that I missed my flight home and was stuck in Iceland an extra night.

“Everything went as planned”

The car we got was a bit battered on the outside, but it didn't bother us since it consumed next to nothing (which is a big bonus with Iceland price for petrol) and even though it looked small on the outside (Toyota Yaris), we could easily fit in 3 people with all camping gear. Pick up was easy, so was the drop off. I took pictures of all the bruises our car had and was a bit worried they might blame me for some of them even if they were not my fault (bad Trustpilot reviews), but they did not complicate at all.
